Abstract Prostatic calculi are relatively common but the complications are rare. In many instances, prostatic calculi are noted incidentally during a routine roentgenographic or ultrasonic survey. There are no path symptoms of calculus disease of the prostate gland. The diagnosis is usually confirmed by roentgenographic or ultrasonic study and panendoscopic examination. Usually, no treatment is indicated for asymptomatic patients with prostatic calculus. In patients with symptoms, surgery may be considered. We report a case of multiple and large prostatic calculus to complicated prostatic tuberculous cavitation in a 50-year-old male who presented voiding difficulty. He was treated by ureteroscopic lithotripsy.
