| Abstract | Renal hemangioma is relatively rare clinical entity. Because it may be mistaken for renal cell carcinoma, the diagnosis is often made after pathological review of the specimen. We present a case of 74-year old female with renal mass, who was diagnosed as a renal cell carcinoma and treated with laparoscopic nephrectomy. However, pathological result of the tumor showed cavenous hemangioma. |
